Integration Solutions

Harmonise Solutions is a certified BPA Platform integration partner. We design, build and support integrations between eCommerce platforms and ERP systems, and most of them run on BPA Platform from Codeless Platforms. Every guide in this section is written from projects we have delivered ourselves: what we sync, what takes the real work, and what it typically costs.

Integration guides

Shopify and SAP Business One integration

Business partners, B2B pricing and catalogues, products, stock, orders, payments, and returns, synced between Shopify and SAP Business One. Covers the B2C, multi-warehouse and multi-currency variations we have delivered, the parts that take real design time, and an indicative cost and timeline.

Systems we work with

SAP Business One. On-premise and hosted deployments, including SAP Business One Cloud.

Sage 200. Integrations with eCommerce platforms and other business systems.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Integrations with eCommerce platforms and other business systems.

Shopify and Shopify Plus. B2B and B2C storefronts connected to the ERP that runs the rest of the business.

For Sage 200 and Business Central projects, see our ERP integration services page, or get in touch and tell us what you are connecting.

How a project runs

Every project starts with scoping. We map each field between the two systems, agree the edge cases such as addresses, part payments and rounding, and give you a day-by-day estimate before any build work begins. Each sync is then built and tested on its own, followed by user acceptance testing with your team, go-live support, and technical documentation handed over at the end.

When an existing integration stops working

Most of the support calls we take on existing integrations come down to one of three causes. A business process changed and the integration was not updated with it. The data going in is wrong or incomplete. Or the environment changed, such as a server move, a network change or a firewall update. Working out which one it is comes first, and fixing the cause is usually quicker than rebuilding.

We also take on integrations built by other people. We review what is currently running before we quote, because taking over an existing build is a different job from starting fresh.

If you are planning an integration, or fixing one that has stopped working, get in touch and tell us which systems you run.
